What do do for pain relief without obtaining knee transplant?

0

I do not want a knee transplant. But I do want to be able to walk without pain. Right now my left knee seems to give trouble. Even when I am sitting in the chair I can feel the pain . It seems ot be the wearing away of ligament . Could you suggest some remedy.

I am doing exercises to strengthen my muscles and reduce the pain.

Aloha! Thank you for your question.
Knee pain can be a painful condition which can lead to disability as some individuals are unable to ambulate/walk due to the pain.
An orthopedist physician, joint treatment surgeon, can have MRI’s performed and offer you their best recommendations for pain relief.
Should you have complete loss of meniscus and ligaments either pain medication or surgery might be the best options for pain relief.
Please contact your physician and request an orthopedic consultation and follow his/her recommendations.
